This product is marketed squarely at health-conscious parents seeking a nutritious breakfast option for kids, drawing on the wholesome credentials of millets, whole grains, and legumes. The multi-ingredient base genuinely delivers high protein (13.5g/100g) and exceptional dietary fibre (14.5g/100g), and the grain-and-dal combination is nutritionally sound. However, the single most important fact for any buyer is the sodium content: at 1593mg per 100g, a single 70g serving delivers over 1,100mg of sodium — more than 56% of both adult and child (7–9 yr) RDA in one sitting — making the 'Safe for Kids' positioning difficult to reconcile with WHO and FSSAI sodium guidance. The 'No Preservatives' claim is also undermined by the presence of vinegar powder, whose primary food-technology function is preservation and acidification. The product is also ultra-processed by NOVA criteria due to its raising agent and functional acidulant/preservative, and the ingredient-dossier system has mis-mapped the grain 'Amaranth' to the synthetic azo food colour E123 (Amaranth dye) — those dossier avoidance warnings for E123 do not apply to this product, which contains the seed grain.
