Health-conscious snackers and plant-based eaters are the core audience for this product, and for good reason: a single-ingredient list, no additives, and a strong natural nutrient profile (high fat from mostly unsaturated sources, meaningful protein, excellent fibre, and notable calcium and iron) make this one of the cleaner packaged snacks on Indian shelves. The one flag worth noting is a small but non-zero trans fat figure (0.1g/100g) which, while likely an artefact of naturally occurring trans fats in seeds rather than hydrogenation, should be watched by heart-disease patients; and the sodium figure of 0.3 mg/100g appears suspiciously low and may reflect an OCR transcription issue on the label. The most useful single takeaway: this is about as close to a whole food as a packaged snack gets — buy it for the healthy fats, fibre, and plant protein.
