Kurkure Twisteez is a popular impulse snack targeted at teenagers and young adults drawn to bold masala flavour and the playful Kurkure brand. Despite the 'Made with Kitchen Ingredients' claim, the product contains artificial (masala) flavouring substances explicitly declared on-pack, refined palmolein oil carrying process contaminants of EFSA concern, and dual high-sodium seasonings (salt + kala namak) that push total sodium to 878 mg per 100 g — already 44% of WHO's adult daily limit in a single 30 g bag. The most useful thing a consumer can take away: enjoy this as an occasional treat rather than a daily snack, and keep portions to one small pack; the sodium load alone makes it genuinely problematic for children, people with hypertension, heart disease, or kidney disease.
